The recommended dose is 0.1%Premarin Vaginal Creamfor each menstrual cycle lasting 1 to 3 days. In some women, the dose may be increased to 0.1% up to a maximum of 2.32 gm. Generally, the usual dose of 0.1% is given every cycle. Some women may need to be on a higher dose for a longer period. For most women, this is about 5 gm. of Premarin Vaginal Cream ( 0.1%Gastro-Endo Cream).
